Travel Directions

Keats House is located in the heart of London Bridge – just a stone’s throw from the iconic Shard and next to Guy’s. We are an easy 2-minute walk from London Bridge Station (tube and mainline) and are served by several bus routes. Travelling by car into central London is not advised.

On Foot
If walking to Keats House, head towards The Shard (it’s hard to miss!) in St. Thomas Street. We are located diagonally opposite the entrance to The Shard in St. Thomas Street. Next to the entrance to Guys Hospital.

By Tube
The nearest underground station is London Bridge. London Bridge underground station is on the Northern Line and Jubilee Line with connections to Waterloo, Euston, Kings Cross and St. Pancras stations and to central London, The City and Canary Wharf.
When you arrive at London Bridge, exit the underground station via the Guy’s Hospital/The Shard exit. Turn right on to St. Thomas Street and head towards Borough High Street for approximately 2-minutes. We are located between the Guy’s Hospital entrance and the New City Court building. An old brick fronted building.

By Bus
The easiest way to reach us by bus is to travel on one of the routes to London Bridge station and to walk from there. Buses 43, 48, 133, 141, 149, 188, and 521 all stop at London Bridge station.
The Transport for London website has more information on bus routes in to London Bridge and the surrounding area.

By Train
London Bridge mainline station is served by Southern Trains, Southeastern and by Thameslink with connections to stations across Kent and Sussex.
When you arrive at London Bridge, follow signs from the station concourse for the Guy’s Hospital/The Shard exit. Turn right on to St. Thomas Street and head towards Borough High Street for approximately 2-minutes. We are located between the Guy’s Hospital entrance and the New City Court building.
